If residue owns balls and a draw contains of them,
Modular patterns feel structural because they repeat visually. But a partition creates its own shapes before a draw happens. The kaleidoscope separates those lawful shapes from deviations in the history.
That is why a 1–49 pool is not perfectly balanced modulo 10—or even modulo 2.
Because the dial exposes nine moduli, the global verdict is . The selected modulus still shows its raw reading, but it cannot be presented as though the other eight views were never inspected.
