Digit Laboratory
Digits are positional, sampled with replacement, and allowed to repeat. The laboratory also keeps each named draw stream and its evidence lineage separate.

The position-balance test is not shown: with 8 draws each digit is expected only 0.8 times in each position, and below five the chi-square approximation is the wrong distribution rather than merely a weak one. About 300 draws would make it readable.

Repeated digits look special in Pick 3 because our eyes import the no-duplicates rule from lotto. The machine never did. For three digits, only 72% of outcomes have three distinct values.
